Employer Sponsorship, Australia-Wide

You found the right person for the role.
We make sure the Department agrees.

One firm handles your sponsorship from first application through to the High Court, if it comes to that. No handoff. No starting over with someone new.

Why Sponsorship Goes Wrong

Most agents can only get you to submission.
We stay for whatever comes after.

The compliance trap illustration: stacked paperwork, clock, more rules

Sponsor obligations don't end at visa approval. Labour market testing, pay parity and record-keeping continue for the life of the visa. Most businesses find out the hard way.

The expensive rejection headache illustration: rejected application letter, invoice, hourglass

Migration agents can only help you submit applications. If it's refused, you're finding, hiring and paying a lawyer to review it and appeal — starting the clock again with someone who wasn't there for the first attempt.

The wrong stream illustration: signpost with TSS 482, ENS 186, DAMA, SESR pointing different directions

TSS 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage), ENS 186 (permanent employer-sponsored), DAMA (regional agreement) and SESR each have different thresholds and timelines. Choosing the wrong one doesn't save money. It delays your hire.

A Different Kind of Immigration Firm

One firm. Application to appeal.

Most agents have a ceiling. Everything is great until you get rejected. Refusals, tribunal hearings, Federal Circuit Court proceedings. when they hit it, you start again with someone new. With us you have peace of mind, we're accredited to represent employers at every level of review, from the Department through to the High Court of Australia.

DAMA access for roles others can't fill

We hold DAMA authority across regional Australia, including for NDIS providers and aged care operators who can't place critical roles through standard channels.

Compliance that keeps you covered

Once the visa is granted, your obligations as a sponsor begin. We stay on as your immigration compliance partner, so you're ready when the Department comes knocking.

Common Questions

What employers actually ask us.

What's the difference between Standard Business Sponsorship and DAMA?

Standard Business Sponsorship covers most employer-sponsored visa streams and requires occupations on the relevant skilled list. DAMA is a regional agreement that opens additional occupations and lower salary thresholds for employers in designated areas. Book a call and we'll tell you which applies to your situation.

What are our obligations once the visa's approved?

Pay parity, record-keeping, notifying the Department of workforce changes, and cooperating with any audit. These continue for the life of the sponsorship. We can advise you on all of them.

How long does it take?

It depends on the stream and the completeness of your application. You'll get an honest timeline assessment in your strategy call.

Can you help if a previous application was refused?

Yes. Review options may be available at the Administrative Review Tribunal or through further appeal. Book a call and we'll assess what happened and what the options are.

Do you work across all industries?

Yes — healthcare, aged care, disability services, construction, hospitality and professional services. Our DAMA experience is particularly strong in healthcare and disability.

Sponsoring an overseas employee is a significant decision. Get clear on your options before you commit.
