Admitted to practice in every State & Territory as well as the High Court of Australia.

Every state and territory. The High Court of Australia. This is what "we can go the distance" actually looks like, in writing.
Most firms stop at filing. We stay for the outcome.
Every case is handled with the same strategy, care, and precision — from your first consultation through to the final resolution, and whatever follows it.
Few lawyers offer the experience we have.
Having led legal teams inside Victoria Police, headed an Indigenous family violence legal service across regional Queensland, negotiated native title agreements with state governments on behalf of Traditional Owners, and represented the Australian Government's interests abroad in the Solomon Islands. Few lawyers in the country have operated at this range, inside government, inside law enforcement, and at the frontline of native title and refugee law. It's why Savu ESQ is equipped to handle what most firms have to send elsewhere.
One firm.
Consultation to resolution.
Most legal advisors have a ceiling. Once a case is contested, you start again with someone new. With us, the same team represents you at every step of the way. From first meeting to final ruling.

Common questions.
Can you help if a previous application was refused?
Yes. Review options may be available through the Administrative Review Tribunal or further appeal. Book a call and we'll assess what happened and what's open to you.
What's the difference between Standard Business Sponsorship and DAMA?
Standard Business Sponsorship covers most employer-sponsored visa streams and requires an occupation on the relevant skilled list. DAMA is a regional labour agreement with its own occupation list, wage settings, and concessions, built for businesses standard sponsorship doesn't fit.
Why does it matter if my agent isn't a qualified lawyer?
A migration agent can lodge an application, but only a qualified lawyer can represent you at appeal, before the Tribunal, or in court if a decision is challenged.
What are our obligations once a visa is approved?
Pay parity, record-keeping, and notifying the Department of workforce changes, for the life of the sponsorship. We stay on to manage this with you.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the matter and how complete your application is. You'll get an honest timeline in your first consultation.
Do you handle criminal matters connected to an immigration case?
Yes, in-house. If a charge affects your visa or migration status, the same firm handles both, rather than referring you to a second lawyer partway through.
Can you help with mediation and notarising as part of the same matter?
Yes. Family and relationship mediation, and document certification, are both handled in-house when they come up alongside your case.
Do you work across all industries and locations?
Yes, including regional and remote Australia. Our experience spans healthcare, aged care, disability services, construction, hospitality, and native title matters with Traditional Owners.
